Product Description

       Spray drying polyaluminum chloride products have the advantages of good stability, wide adaptability to water area, fast hydrolysis speed, strong adsorption capacity, large alum formation, fast quality density and sedimentation, low effluent turbidity, good dehydration performance, etc. Under the same water quality, the dosage of spray drying products is reduced, especially under the condition of poor water quality, compared with roller drying products, the dosage of spray drying products can be reduced by half, which not only reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also, more importantly, reduces the water production cost of users. In addition, the use of spray drying products can ensure safety, reduce water accidents, and is very safe and reliable for residents to drink water. Spray type polyaluminum chloride, namely polyaluminum chloride, is a new process product of polyaluminum chloride. The acidity of spray polyaluminum chloride is lower than that of other inorganic flocculants.


Working Principle

       1. Compressed double layer: Colloidal particles in water usually have an electric charge on their surface, forming a double layer. The high valence cations such as aluminum ions generated after the dissolution of spray polyaluminum chloride can compress the double electric layer of colloidal particles, reducing the electrostatic repulsion force between particles, thus promoting the particles to approach each other and gather.

       2. Adsorption electro neutralization: The multi nuclear hydroxyl complex produced by the hydrolysis of polyaluminum chloride can adsorb the surface charge of colloidal particles, neutralize their surface electrical properties, and cause the colloidal particles to lose stability, leading to aggregation.

       3. Adsorption bridging: Long chain polyaluminum chloride molecules can simultaneously adsorb multiple colloidal particles, forming bridges between them to connect them together and form larger flocs.

       4. Net capture and sweeping: When the dosage of polyaluminum chloride is large, hydrolysis products will form huge precipitates of aluminum hydroxide, which will capture small particles in water like a net during the settling process, accelerating the settling of particles.
